muffin cup machineBefore 2005,
Guangzhou Feng Da Machinery Co.,Ltd was specializing in mold design and manufacture and the main products were paper product mold and metal mold.
In 2005, muffin cup was just entered into Chinese market. It seems only one or two factories can supply muffin cup.
Then a lot of paper product suppliers found mold maker just like us to know whether we could make this kind of mold.
Many mold makers thought it was not difficult to make such mold, but variety of problems came out when they started the work.
1. As several processes must be needed for making muffin cup, some of them only finished the first process,
others completed two processes, but nobody full finished the whole machine.
2. The technology of muffin cup was different from other kind of cups. It is hardly to make muffin cups just according to
the technologies of making paper cup machine.
To be honest, we also thought it was not difficult once we saw the sample. Because paper cup machine has already been developed by others, so did this one. When we started to do the job, same problems happened to us. The finished cups were
not stable as they need to pass through several processes. We started to research this machine from 2005 and we finished it till 2006. When we informed the customer that we completed the machine, they could hardly believe us. Because they send samples to
many mold makers in Guang dong province, but only our company succeeded. In fact, our company was small and not famous at all.
Therefore, we invited the customer to come to our factory and saw the machine. They were very satisfied with us.
Although the cups were not very good, the customer can accept them because there’re really a few factory can supply .
At the same time, this machine helped customer to earn the first bucket of gold.( Muffin cup was more than 0.1RMB at that time)
Therefore, we became the first factory of Guangdong province that can make muffin cups.
Manual design 2006：
According to the process to develop this machine, we got to known that the price of baking packing mold and machine
was pretty good, so we started to research this type of machines from 2006, such as, muffin cup machine,
tulip cup machine, corrugated paper machine and so on.
Till 2008, based on our experiences and feedbacks from customers, we updated the machine into semi-automatic,
which has more stable capability and smaller size.
In 2013, we succeeded to develop the China first automatic muffin cup machine.
All our automatic machines have been qualified with CE certificate
